Train Heal Breathe Personal Training will introduce you to the multi-dimensional aspects of holistic health and well-being, drawing from iona's broad background in dance, athletics and strength training.
Sessions are designed specifically for the clients needs and can range from Stretch and Flow including Yoga and Pilates to Food Diary Coaching and more traditional High Intensity Workouts.
If you'd like a Train Heal Breathe style low impact but effective home conditioning workout try out the Group Online Classes, available fro £10-£15 per class, available to book here.
